Easy Avocado partnered with Helm Positive Workplace to create a fresh, modern brand identity and sleek website that reflects their progressive approach to space transformation. The result? The Project: Fresh Identity for a Forward-Thinking Brand

When Helm approached us, they had the vision, experience, and ambition — but needed a brand and website that matched the clarity and credibility of their offering. As a space transformation consultancy, Helm doesn’t just design interiors; they create environments where people can live, work, learn and play. Their approach is human-centric, rooted in real-world functionality and future-focused values like sustainability, wellbeing, and social impact.

But their existing branding didn’t reflect that ethos. It lacked the freshness, simplicity, and modern professionalism they needed to truly connect with their audience.

A Modern Brand Identity that Communicates Confidence and Clarity

Our branding work for Helm focused on stripping things back to what really mattered: clarity, warmth, and purpose. We crafted a minimal yet confident identity — one that nods to their structured, strategic thinking while still feeling approachable and people-first.

From typography to colour palette, everything was chosen to reflect balance. We avoided corporate stiffness in favour of a visual language that feels open, modern, and rooted in clarity. The new identity captures Helm’s role as a trusted guide — one that helps organisations shape spaces with meaning.

We also developed a simple, modular logo system and visual assets that can flex across print, digital, and presentation formats. This ensures brand consistency without feeling rigid or repetitive — a key part of Helm’s tone of voice.


Website Design that Feels as Good as It Functions

Once the new identity was locked in, we moved onto the website design. The goal was to create a sleek, modern site that feels intelligent, not overcomplicated — a reflection of Helm’s thoughtful, consultative approach to workspace transformation.

We worked with Helm to craft messaging that balances storytelling with clarity. Each page is structured to walk visitors through who Helm is, what they do, and why they’re different — without jargon or fluff.

The design itself is clean, responsive, and purposefully simple. We used space, typography, and a muted colour palette to allow the content to breathe and the brand’s expertise to shine. Key areas include:

  • A clearly defined services section, breaking down how Helm helps people live, work, learn and play

  • Thoughtfully written about content, positioning Helm as an experienced yet progressive consultancy

  • Integration of climate-positive messaging, reinforcing their commitment to sustainability

  • Calls-to-action that encourage potential clients to connect, enquire, or explore their process

Behind the scenes, we built the site on a CMS that Helm’s team can easily manage, giving them the flexibility to grow the platform alongside their business.

Helm already had over 30 years of combined experience across workplace interiors, furniture, design, and facilities management. They offer a robust network of complementary service partners and cover both South Wales and the wider UK. But until now, they hadn’t had a brand or website that matched the depth of their experience or the breadth of their ambition.

The work we did together ensures that Helm now has a consistent, future-proof presence that communicates both authority and accessibility. It positions them confidently within the workplace design consultancy space — and gives them a strong foundation to grow their client base, their team, and their impact.
