The Meeting Pod Co manufactures a range of indoor and outdoor office pods to provide the best meeting space and breakout areas in open-plan working environments. We were tasked with refreshing and expanding their brand identity. This included creating an asset pack, brand guidelines, a website and stationary material such as letterheads, catalogues and brochures.
After conducting research and scoping sessions, we came to the conclusion that the brand needed consistency and uniformity. They needed assets to aid in the design, whilst also being able to quickly put together documents and other important brand elements.
All of our design solutions are underpinned by a comprehensive brand guideline document. A brand guideline specification is a useful tool for ensuring consistency and coherence in the representation of a brand across all platforms and materials. It provides clear direction on the use of brand elements such as logo, colour palette, typography, imagery, tone of voice, and messaging.
This helps to maintain a cohesive brand image and supports recognition and recall, while also ensuring that the brand is portrayed consistently and effectively over time. By using a brand guideline specification, companies can improve their brand recognition and increase customer trust and loyalty.
