The brief.
Cathedral Gardens is a collection of apartments and townhouses based in the heart of one of Cardiff’s most desirable locations. The development itself boasts beautiful attention to detail, contemporary design and sustainable values.
To complement and promote this prestigious development Easy Avocado was tasked with providing a full marketing suite of content. This included creating a brand identity, hoarding, website, digital brochures and stationery.
In conjunction with developing the marketing content, we also provided comprehensive visual content with the help of our friends at Do Digital Agency. This was achieved not only through the use of CGI visuals but also by harnessing the power of gaming technology. SoDA suite allowed the user unparalleled access into the unbuilt world of architecture whilst providing unlimited marketing content.

What they needed.
The Easy Avocado team was assigned to develop a comprehensive marketing package for the exclusive Cathedral Gardens development to drive property sales prior to completion. The package needed to include various elements such as images, animations, branding, and websites, all aimed at promoting and marketing the development.
Our solution.
It was of the utmost importance that we provided a digital solution that stood out from the crowd. Whilst Cathedral Gardens is located in a very desirable location, there were several other developments being built in conjunction with this. By pulling on DoDA’s 15 years of 3D pedigree and combining this with clever creative skills, there was no doubt Cathedral Gardens was a special project. Great projects require great solutions and we were able to provide this.
